Spencer's at the Waterfront

Spencer's at the Waterfront provides diners with panoramic views of Lake Ontario while they enjoy lunch and dinner. The menu at Spencer's changes each season but always begins with a variety of appetizers inspired by the sea. An example is the seared scallops wrapped in smoked bacon in an orange-butter sauce. A favorite winter entree is the Arctic char, caught in the Yukon and served over quinoa, lobster, and green olives with a hint of vanilla. For dessert, try the vanilla bean pudding for two or the vanilla goat-cheese cake with white chocolate, cranberries and burnt-honey ice cream. The wine lists offers more than 60 selections, many of which are from the Niagara region. The restaurant also features the spentini made with strawberry vodka, triple sec, pomegranate juice and fresh raspberries. Lunch and dinner are served daily. Reservations are suggested for dining at Spencer's. Business casual is the standard attire.
