Social activities, like book clubs, potlucks and meet-and-greets, are prevalent during the winter months. Individuals interested in a temporary stay can rent a mobile home or one of the park's RV sites. Waterfront lots are available.

Sea Breeze RV and Mobile Home Park sits on 6.5 acres of oceanfront property on Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Visitors can rent or purchase mobile home or RV sites. All sites come with water, electricity, sewer and trash service.
Guests can enjoy the ocean-view picnic area or lounge in the sandy tidal pool. Chokoloskee Island Park
Chokoloskee Island Park is situated on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico between Florida Everglades National Park and the 10,000 Islands National Wildlife Refuge. Mobile homes and RV and tent sites are available for rental. Visitors can choose between short-term mobile home rentals or permanent mobile home lot rentals.
Fishing and crabbing are popular activities for park residents and visitors, who can rent boats and kayaks from nearby businesses. Guided fishing tours and crabbing expeditions are also available.
